The close skirts of the 1900s are morphing into the tight skirts of the pre war period, but it will take the war to end intricate detailing and luxurious materials. I cannot resolve the neckline, but I believe it is square with a bertha panel below it while a rever-like pair of fringed panels frame the sides of her neckline.
