Principessa Maria Isabella Massimo Muti Papazzurri by Jacob Ferdinand Voet (auctioned by Christie's)

The sale title for this portrait is "Portrait of Maria Isabella Massimo Muti Papazzurri (1648-1690), half-length, in an embroidered, ivory dress.”

A Web site, the saleroom, has this note about her, "Lady Maria was the daughter of Mario Massimo prior of Capiorioni and magistrate of the conservatives and Laura Cusida. She was married to Marquis Pompeo Girolamo Papazzurri, (who) died the 13th June of 1660 and was burried in San Peters in Montorio. An anonymous source describes her like this: 'This lady unites many virtues like beauty, modesty, prudence and every other rare virtue...'” A genealogical sketch of her is here.
