She was the second wife of Carlo Emmanuele di Savoia, his first being Françoise Madeleine d'Orléans who died shortly after marriage at the age of 15. Her son Vittorio Amadeo II married Anne Marie d'Orleans. Their child Marie Adélaïde of Savoy bore Louis XV of France while another of Anne Marie's, Maria Luisa Gabriela, married Felipe V of Spain.
