1838 Baron von Gocsy’s Daughter by Ferdinand Georg Waldmüller (location unknown to gogm)

The Lady wears a hurluberlu-type coiffure with dangling sausage curls and a modesty piece that converts a vee décolletage to a vee neckline. The coiffure was fashionable for several years, as can be seen here and here.
