1853 Baroness of Weisweiller by Federico de Madrazo y Kuntz (Musée Bonnat, Bayonne France)

From what I can find, she may be Adeline Helbert (1813 - 1892) who married Baron Weisweiller. Detail-enhanced by gogm. The family seems to have French and German and Rothschild connections.

Germany did not exist in 1853 so the Baroness of Weisweiller can be said to be wearing an evening dress in Franco-European style.
