This is an image of Louise Caroline of Glucksbürg who was, according to Wikipedia, matriarch of the House of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg, the family represented by her granddaughters Alexandra and Dagmar and the ruling family of Denmark today. Her son Christian became King Christian IX of Denmark marrying Louise of Hesse-Kassel who is called "The Grandmother of Europe." Princess Louise Caroline's Wikipedia article is here.

Her family name of Glücksburg is spelled "Glucksberg" in the keywords.

She is dressed warmly with a jacket, a vest, long sleeves and an enclosing bonnet-like cap. The sleeves could be part of a chemise or chemisette beneath the other layers of clothing.
