Charlotte carrying a parasol

Charlotte wears an off-floor length midi skirt, but wears bottom-puffed sleeves and carries a parasol.

The proportion of her head her body suggests she has grown up, making the skirt length very unusual for the 1855 to 1918 era. She appears to be wearing a light-colored blouse under a jacket. She is probably wearing a blouse under her jacket with mildly puffed long sleeves.
