1847 Infanta Luísa Fernanda de Borbón by Federico Madrazo y Kunz (Museo Nacional del Romanticismo - Madrid Spain)

From the Museum's Web site.

Red white and black are an impressive color combination as the Nazis understood. The result of combining these colors is far less sinister as worn by Infanta Luisa Fernanda. She appears to be wearing a white chemise or chemisette under a red and, primarily (at least in front) black bodice laced with red ribbons and red and black ribbons at the shoulders. The black bodice front appears to form a vee over a red skirt.
