Marie Caroline Auguste de Bourbon-Siciles, Duchesse d'Aumale, is the blonde hurluberlu coiffured ice queen of Winterhalter's famous portrait of 1846 of her standing in a pink satin evening dress adorned with black lace. As it turns out, she posed for many portraits from 1842, even earlier, almost to her death in 1869. Her Wikipedia article is here.
There was another Princess Maria Carolina of Bourbon-Two Sicilies; she was born in 1859 and passed away in 1941.
