This is a good picture of Ladies coping with big bustle dresses. notice the Lady-in-waiting to the right slouching. Olga wears a dark over-garment over a flounced under-skirt while the Lady to right wears a tablier over an under-skirt with a pleated hem. The Ladies-in-waiting wear straight coiffures and buns while Olga is probably coiffed in the same manner, but under a veil.
