I mis-identified this as Sophie of Bavaria. She is not a Wittelsbach. Commenter Marie Sophie Habsburg identified her as Sophie of Saxony.

Sophie of Saxony wears a full crinoline where the over-skirt is turned back at intervals to reveal patches of dark lining.
