1804 Charlotte Friederike von Mecklenburg-Schwerin by Friedrich Erhard Wagener (Dorotheum)

According to her terse Wikipedia article, she was the mother of King Frederick VII of Denmark. She had an affair, was divorced, banished, and later left Denmark and converted to the Catholic faith.
