From eBay. This is one of several prints of beauties in Queen Victoria's court released in 1849. The original was prepared over a decade earlier based on her dress. The National Portrait Gallery in London has a version released in 1841 by or after William Henry Mote, after Alfred Edward Chalon.
Duchess Emily's dress has an off shoulder straight neckline and a fan front bodice that appears to spread from a wide waist sash. She wears an Apollo knot.
