Lady Anne Barnard by ? (location unknown to gogm)

Her brief article in thepeerage is here; a somewhat more complete Wikipedia article about her is here.

From The original as found had numerous spots all over that I removed with Photoshop except for a consistent string of spots at the top of her high collar.

This portrait of Lady Anne Barnard may have been painted upon her return from colonial duty at Capetown in 1802; as noted by the ships in the background. Her long, loose, curly coiffure suggests that date or earlier. Her dress appears to have no distinct bodice. She wears a high-necked chemise beneath her dress.
