Formal portrait of Empress Elisabeth by ? (location unknown to gogm)

Empress Elisabeth is portrayed in the same way as Empress Eugénie - in a lovely dress loaded with lace, substantial jewelry, and train.

From what I can gather, this is not a Winterhalter portrait. This style of portrait was common at this time; Queen Olga, Tsaritsa Maria Alexandrovna, Queen Victoria, and Empress Carlota all were portrayed in this manner - often by Winterhalter.
