Louise Elisabeth Bourbon-Condé wears a regal dress in this Pierre Gobert portrait from the first decade of the 1700s. Her Wikipedia article is here. She is the daughter of Louise-Francoise de Bourbon.
She has a modesty frill of lace at the bottom of her vee décolletage, forming a trapezoid, but the bodice is not split down the center of the front. The full sleeves with limp lace engageantes are 1600s. This looks late 1600s, but she was born in 1693 so this image dates from turn-of-the century. Base Joconde dates this as from the first decade of the 1700s.
