1716 Mary Josephine Drummond, condesa de Castilblanco by Jean Baptiste Oudry (Prado)

Castilblanco is located in central Spain southwest of Madrid.

This is a high-resolution image from the Prado.

She wears a bodice consisting of two panels criss-crossing each other to form a plunging vee neckline above a modesty piece. She uses flowers and jewels to decorate her curly coiffure. She appears to be wearing a gold-edged sash across her bodice that forms a half lapel. The other side of her neckline is trimmed with a much narrower strip of similarly-clorored material.
