Queen Louise, shown here, was the youngest daughter of Queen Caroline of Ansbach and King George II of Great Britain. She enhanced the popularity of her husband, King Frederick V, and her effort to speak Danish to her children was appreciated. Her Wikipedia article is here.

This is royal portraiture showing the Queen standing loftily above, but looking down towards the viewer. She wears a dress with substantial jeweled bodice ornaments and engageantes while her pannier-supported skirt billows out to the side.
