Jemima, Marchioness Grey and Countess of Hardwicke by Allan Ramsay (location unknown to gogm, part of British National Trust)
She was the daughter of Amabel Grey and she was also a Baroness, Countess, and Marchioness. Her article in thepeerage is here, right above her mother's article.

Lady jemima's dress has a number of retro features - the broad lace collars, rosette, broad bodice tabs, and puffed sleeves ending in ruffled cuffs. This may be one of Allan Ramsay's earlier works.
