Maria Gunning, Countess of Coventry by Hugh Douglas Hamilton (Courtauld Institute of Art, London UK)

Maria's dress is British neoclassical, not to be confused with French Revolutionary neoclassical, so dating is difficult. While her hair style looks late 1760s, she died in 1760 at an age of around 27.
