Princess Anne (1709–1759) by Jacopo Amigoni (Wrest Park - Silsoe, Luton, Bedfordshire UK)

Anne was declared Princess Royal in 1727 and I am estimating this portrait dates from about that time.

From bbc.co.

Princess Anne wears a round dress held out by mechanical supports that would pass 110 years later with a vee neckline and pleated bodice. Wide waffle dresses did not dominate until a few more years had passed.
