She was the youngest surviving daughter of Maria Luisa of Parma and appeared in Goya's 1800 family portrait being held by Maria Luisa. Although plain, Maria Isabella had a satisfactory marriage with King Francesco. She had 12 children including future Queen of Spain Maria Cristina and Maria Antonia. Her Wikipedia article is here.
