1746 Marquise de Sainte Aldegonde ou du Raincourt by Charles-Antoine Coypel (auctioned by Sotheby's)

The sitter may be Hélène de Grammont, marquise de Raincourt, whose genealogical sketch is here. I could not find a marquise de Sainte Aldegonde that fit this person wearing 1746 dress. Hélène’s life span is not known, but she married in 1737, placing the estimated age of the sitter somewhere in her late twenties.

From the Sotheby’s Web site. Also posted to the Reign of Louis XV - 1715 to 1774 Album here.

The Marquise is covered in lace and pink silk with room to display large earrings, crucifix, and a bracelet in this scene of opulent domesticity. The robings suggest this is a robe à la française. Her panniers fill her wide seat.
