ca. 1695 Mary Dowdeswell by Michael Dahl (sold by Roy Precious)

I cannot find anything about her. Roy Precious has this note about the family, "The DOWDESWELLS are an old Gloucestershire family where they lived at Pull Court near Tewksbury from the 15th to the 19th century. In the 19th c. the house was sold and is now a school."

From Roy Precious.

Mary wears casual dress cut too low for use outside of the boudoir or artist's studio. Her dress has a criss-cross bodice while the side of the neckline matches the side of her chemise.
