ca. 1788 Joseph II mit Franz und Elisabeth Wilhelmine von Württemberg by Quirin Marck after Hieronymus Löschenkohl

From Wikimedia.

Court dress scarcely changed although coiffures changed dramatically. Elisabeth Wilhelmine still wears wide, flat panniers with a square neckline and forward-back flared engageantes and it is about 1788. Her Lady-in-waiting appears to be wearing a robe à la française.
