Possibly Archduchess Maria Anna Queen of Portugal (1683-1754) or Maria Anna (1738-1789) by circle of Martin van Meytens (auctioned by Christie's)

Invaluable’s notes state that this may be Maria Anna (1738-1789) or Maria Christina (1742-1798), daughters of Empress Maria Theresia. This person does not look like either of them and more like the Maria Anna who became Queen of Portugal. The coiffure and dress look appropriate for the 1730s.

Whoever the sitter is, she wears her hair short and probably wavy and a dress with Habsburg-style gold embroidery.
