Presumed to be Anne d'Autriche, also called Christine de France, duchesse de Savoie, en habit de veuve attributed to Justus van (Verus ab) Egmont (auctioned by Tajan)

This could be Queen Anne or Duchess Christine, but she looks more like Christine so the portrait is placed in Christine de France’s Subalbum. Louis XIII, Anne’s husband, died in 1643 and Christine was married to the sovereign of Savoia and acted as regent there between 1637 and 1648, so she could be portrayed next to a crown.

From Pinterest search; removed smudges and fixed the upper and lower edges with Photoshop and filled in the shadows.
