1742-1743 John Bacon family by Arthur Devis (Yale Center for British Art - New Haven, Connecticut USA)

There are a number of John Bacons listed in thepeerage and this could be one of a number of them.

From Wikimedia.

Lady Bacon's dress has a split bodice filled in with scarf and stomacher. The very full sleeves and emerging under-sleeves are vestiges of the 1600s. The sleeve cuffs appeared late in the reign of Louis XIV. The full skirt shows she wears a robe volante.
