ca. 1747-1748 Mr. and Mrs. Carter by Thomas Gainsborough (location ?)

I have no idea who they are, my best guess is country gentry or noveaux riches displaying their wealth with Gainsborough making this a display for the record. Unlike Lady Lloyd, who dispensed with wearing panniers, Mrs. Carter wears hers and her husband stands off accordingly.
