ca. 1751 Elizabeth Davies, Countess of Cavan by Allan Ramsay (National Gallery of Victoria - Melbourne, Australia)

Her brief article in thepeerage.com follows, "Elizabeth Davies was born circa 1738. She was the daughter of William Davies. She married Lt.-Gen. Richard Lambart, 6th Earl of the County of Cavan, son of Hon. Henry Lambart and Dorothea Higgison, on 13 November 1762 at St. James' Church, Westminster, London, England. She died on 25 February 1811 at Clifton, England. She died intestate and her estate was administered in March 1811. She was buried on 2 March 1811 at Bristol Cathedral, Bristol, Gloucestershire, England.

From 13 November 1762, her married name became Lambart. As a result of her marriage, Elizabeth Davies was styled as Countess of the County of Cavan on 29 September 1772."

Countess Elizabeth wears a simple dress adorned with a lace shoulder cover, revers, and rosettes for her stomacher in her 1751 Ramsay portrait.
