Elizabeth of Russia's dress shown at State Tretyakov Gallery's Elizabeth Petrovna and Moscow (exhibition 2010) side view

Photo - shakko.

From Wikimedia.

This dress worn by Elizabeth is flattened in 1700s style, but does not have room for rectangular panniers. The front of the dress and stomacher form a façade. Based on this dress and the dress seen in the previous image, she appears to have had a taste for lace sleeves.
