She may be Amy Coudert from the New York area who, according to this New York Times article, first married the Marquis Choiseul Praslin and then married Baron Breunig. They were reduced to penury in Belmar, New Jersey by 1910.

Baroness Marie Breunig's dress has a small, but distinct bustle while her flat-topped leg-o-mutton sleeves add an athletic male width to her figure. She may be wearing a tabbed bodice (this image does not show detail when made lighter).
