According to Leslie2006's post to The Royal Forums posting of 26 November 2008:

"Top Row: Nicholas II, Alix, Victoria (Alix's sister), their brother Ernie

Bottom Row: Irene, Ella, Victoria Melita and Sergei".

Nicholas and Alix married on 26 November 1894, becoming engaged in Coburg about when this photo was taken in April 1894, while Victoria Melita and Ernest married on 9 April 1894.

The Ladies wear 1890s day dresses with leg-o-mutton sleeves, jacket bodices with wide lapels, and downturned waistlines in this 1894 photo. Ducky does not wear a jacket, displaying a lace-enhanced bodice and waist band.
