According to her Wikipedia article, she lived an aventure-filled life having a baby in far away England and leaping from a carriage over a national border to escape her creditors.

Wikipedia is using this image in their article about Princess Cecilia (1540 - 1627). It has been dated 1621 and 1610. The wheel farthingale is consistent with 1610.

The exterior of the dress is made with straps of material woven together like cloth at the shoulder puffs and vertical sleeve straps bound by hoops. She wears a wheel farthingale.
