Anne, Lady Carleton by Michiel Jansz. van Miereveldt (National Portrait Gallery - London UK)

According to her article in thepeerage, she married Paul Bayning some time before 1613 and then married Dudley Carleton in 1630.

Anne's first marriage was before 1613 and this portrait probably dates to her first marriage at a time when vee necklines were in style. Her dress has a substantial collar in front and a fan-shaped ruff in back made of nothing but lace.
