Christine Marie of France by ? (location unknown to gogm)
Wikimedia dates this to ca. 1640, but the reasons for not believing the date, at least as far as her dress is concerned, are given below.
She was the sister of Louis XIII and daughter of Henri IV and Marie de Medici. She became Duchess of Savoy on her thirteenth birthday. According to her Wikipedia article one of her descendants is actress Brooke Shields.

Christine Marie displays 1620s fashion with the ruff above a triangular neck insert and the Bib the Michelin Man balloon sleeves. The lace of her ruff shows filled in areas instead of reticella where lace normally goes in a ruff.
