Princess Elizabeth Stuart wears a wheel farthingale in 1612 with a pair of un-goffered crescent shaped ruff, a scoop neckline with a fringed bertha, tight sleeves that are laced together adorned with back-flared cuffs, and big quatrefoil ornament to top it all off.
