According to her Wikipedia article, she was docile and herded into a dynastic marriage while still 14, "Orléans married the Duke of Savoy by proxy at the Palais du Louvre on 4 March 1663. The couple met for the first time at Annecy on 3 April 1663 where they were married officially." She died not long after while still 15, the shortest duration for a Savoian consort.
Her husband was inconsolabel when she died, but did marry Marie Jeanne Baptiste de Savoie in 1665.
