Madame Montbazon wears an unusual dress with a half-bodice over her chemise in this work attributed to Charles Beaubrun. Her britannica.com article, that provides significant background behind The Three Musketeers by Alexandre Dumas, is here. According to the freedictionary, "In the Fronde, she at first served as a link with Spain against Cardinal Mazarin, Richelieu's successor, but subsequently she became Mazarin's ally." She was born in 1610 and died in 1657.
Her dress has a half corset below to hold her chemise. An enormous clasp pins a shoulder band to her bodice.
