SUBALBUM:  Infanta Antonia of Portugal

Infanta Antónia Maria Fernanda Micaela Gabriela Rafaela Francisca de Assis Ana Gonzaga Silvéria Júlia Augusta de Saxe-Coburgo-Gotha e Bragança moved from Catholic Portugal to Lutheran Prussia to marry Prince Leopold of Prussia in 1861. Through her father, King Consort Ferdinand II, she also held the titles of Princess of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha and Duchess of Saxony. She died in Germany in 1913. Her all-too-brief English-language Wikipedia article is here.

A number of good photos of her were taken around the time of her marriage and some later in the 1860s that chronicle high- and late-crinoline era day dress.
