According to Wikipedia, Sweden was ruled by the Holstein-Gottorp family from 1751 to 1818. Hedwig-Elisabeth-Charlotta was a member of the same family. She married King Karl XIII in 1774. She had two children and neither reached one month of age. Her Wikipedia article is here.
