Crown Prince Frederick, later Frederick VIII, of Denmark and Princess Louise of Sweden

Frederick visited Sweden in 1868 to get to know Louise and this photo could date to that time. Sweden had not rallied to Denmark's aid during the Prussian-Danish war so relations between the two Scandinavian powers were tense. Her marriage was celebrated in Stockholm and gifts were Swedish to boost Sweden's sagging economy.

From Wikimedia.

Louise's coiffure is showing signs of bustle era complexity, but she wears a crinoline dress with close or, possibly, banana sleeves dating this to the later 1860s.
