This Holbein portrait shows a stern-looking Margaret Lee, a Lady-in-Waiting to Anne Boleyn. She wears a red, Tudor, rose.
Her Wikipedia article is here.
The head strap holding Margaret Lee's French hood is plainly visible. Her dress is rather plain, using aiglets for decoration. She does wear a magnificently jeweled French hood, a medallion, and rings to convey her status. White clothing was also reserved for the affluent because laundering was so difficult.
