1519 Mary of Hungary by Hans Maler zu Schwaz (Sammlung der Veste - Coburg, Bayern Germany)

From Wikimedia.

This portrait of Queen Mary of Hungary shows late Middle Ages style. The dress may be a cotehardie, a fitted one-piece garment, literally located under a gown - a garment worn over a dress. Her heair is covered by a caul, a transitional headdress worn between the late Middle Ages and early Renaissance.
