1621 Anne dueil pour son pere by Frans Pourbus the younger (location unknown to gogm)

From Wikipedia.

Anne mourns the loss of her Father, Felipe III, here. Her dress retains the ribbed chemise and vee neckline seen in other portraits of her. Her vee neckline is framed by a white collar or plain collar while her ruff has the shape used by artists depicting the Ten Commandments when they were being delivered from Mount Sinai by Moses. Her sleeves, covered by what is probably a veil attached to her dark outer ruff, have deeply goffered cuffs.
