She is relying on slashing and/or puffs of white fabric to decorate her sleeves and the under-skirt of her gown. She is not wearing much jewelry - for her. Her crown replaces one of her spectacular headdresses. The red-and-gold brocade lining of her skirt is turned out for effect.
