Isabella's dress has rolls. Her sleeves begin with a large roll, then a small roll, then a medium-sized roll, and finally another small roll. Her waistline is also accented with a roll. She carries a pelt with a jeweled head over her left hand. This portrait and one of Laudomia de Medici can be confused, and I may have them confused now. The faces are close and the dresses are similar, but not identical.
