Noble Lady said to be Princess Henrietta of England (1644-1670), half-length, in a blue embroidered dress with pearl ear pendants, a dog by her side by circle of Pier Francesco Cittadini (auctioned by MacDougall's)

From the lost gallery's photostream on flickr; spots removed with Photoshop and image made lighter by gogm.

Whoever she is, she is dressed spectacularly wearing a brocade dress adorned with jewels on her bodice and sleeves in this Cittadini circle portrait.
