1745 Catherine the Great's wedding dress

From From liveinternet.ru/users/3173294/post174236422; emage enlarged one quarter by gogm.

White wedding dresses were a little less than a century from coming into style. The mirror frames block the view of the center back, but there is no trace of the central panel of a robe à la française. The silver thread embroidery sets this dress apart.
