This is the dress worn by Comtesse Greffulhe in the last image - or one just like it. The bertha was reconstructed in 1960. The Fashion Institute of Technology had this caption for the photo, "House of Worth, “Lily Dress” evening dress, black velvet with application of ivory silk in the form of lilies, embroidered with pearls and sequins…"
